GOALS OF WALL

The WALL Goals

Overall objective: To protect the member alliances while allowing them to climb the total-score ladder and ultimately seize the top positions.

To accomplish this the follwing subordinate goals are stated as ideals. There is no intention of limiting or dictating to individuals and alliances, but each alliance should encourage their members through all means possible to support these goals as enhancing our survivability, our force, and our overall strength:


Here is is a blueprint for future success-

1. Expand WALL to five members as soon as possible. The five members be as far up the total score list as possible.

2. Set the these as common 'ideals' for memberships.
a. All members aim for 100000 points before alliances go any further...all alliance members will contribute materials to those who are lower and otherwise encourage them to reach the 100K level.
b. All Members will build army and naval forces in the following numbers or they are out of the alliance. 20 Phalnax, 20 Slingers, 10 Steam Giants, Five Ram Ships, 10 Ballistas ships, and 10 Fireships. This is the minimum force needed by 100K and sooner if possible.
THESE RE GENERAL...Forces that equal or exceed this goal are FINE. Every member in every city should have this as a defense force ASAP.
c. All WOR Generals will meet in their forum and develop a mutual defense plan that contains these elements:
(1) Rapid Response to concentrated attacks to all parts of WALL
(2) A leadership plan that reacts ASAP to any attacks on any alliance in WALL by organizing resistance, coordinating blockade disruption and counter attacks.
(3) A plan for economic support coordinated with the leaders of each alliance.

3. All diplomats should meet in their forum and develop a defensive and offensive strategy for WALL survival and growth that addresses these points:
(1) Agree on the rules of WALL war - especially recognizing that WALL is a mutual defense pact - if one alliance is attacked then that alliance will fight back AND ALL OTHER alliances will send troops as well as materiel to support them. This should no longer be a matter of negotiation. We sink or swim together.
(2) Develop a DIPLOMATIC plan that supports this. IE We allow other alliances into WALL...even encourage it through recruiting to achieve a power base that will allow us to withstand the ravages of MESOPOTAMIA, FURY, HBC or WLS.
(3) Develop a plan that recruits alliances to full strength in pilomatic points and encourages diplomatic point growth to maxiumum.
